? Hiring: NPD Engineer – Rubber & Engineering Plastics
? Location: Chennai, Perungudi Industrial Estate
? Experience: 3–5 Years
? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical
We are looking for an NPD Engineer with experience in Rubber & Engineering Plastics, preferably from Automotive, Rubber or Engineering Plastics industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Current product development & feasibility studies
• Process trials, optimization & RFT
• Customer coordination through approval
• Tool, mold, gauge & fixture development
• Product & tool costing
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & Control Plans
• Quality, cost & productivity improvement
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and 2D/3D software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
