The key responsibilities include:

Pipeline generation and deal ownership
Own the India revenue target — build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across target verticals

Lead customer-facing sales activity — from initial discovery through site visits, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution




Identify and qualify net-new enterprise accounts with autonomous material handling requirements in the 500kg–2,000kg payload range
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving operations, procurement, IT, and finance
Partner programme activation
Coordinate closely with India-based integration partners to accelerate deal flow
Own and deepen relationships with Botsync's local integration partner network
Conduct biweekly partner pipeline reviews and co-marketing activities to drive partner-introduced deal flow
Represent Botsync at key trade events and relevant manufacturing/logistics industry events
Forecasting, reporting, and CRM
Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot — deal stages, MEDDPICC qualification scores, forecast, and next actions updated weekly
Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts to the leadership team
Use the Botsync AMR qualification checklist and MEDDPICC framework for all current opportunities before proposal investment
