About The Role

We're looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Influencer Marketing professional to help scale our creator marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering new creators, building relationships, coordinating campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring flawless execution.

You'll work closely with agencies, creators, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously identifying current opportunities to grow our creator ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Creator Discovery & Partnerships

Scout and identify high-potential creators across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across finance, business, investing, and adjacent categories.
Evaluate creators based on audience quality, content style, engagement, and brand fit—not just follower count.
Stay on top of creator trends, formats,



and platform developments to uncover new partnership opportunities.

Campaign Execution

Own influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
Work with influencer agencies and creator managers to source talent and drive campaigns.
Coordinate creator outreach, negotiations, briefing, content reviews, approvals, and publishing.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for creators and agencies throughout campaign execution.

Operations & Program Management

Manage campaign trackers, timelines, and creator databases.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Brand, Creative, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
Handle contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and campaign documentation.
Continuously improve processes to make campaign execution more efficient and scalable.

Measurement & Insights

Track campaign performance across key metrics and derive
