About the Role

CBRE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Investigator to join our Global Trust & Investigations team. This is a critical role responsible for leading complex and sensitive investigations across the APAC region, with a solid focus on financial crime matters including bribery, corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest.

As part of a global governance function within a Fortune 135 organization, you will play a key role in upholding CBRE's culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. Working closely with senior leaders, Legal, Compliance, and People teams, you will independently deliver high-quality investigations that support sound business decisions and risk mitigation across a multinational environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage end-to-end investigations involving bribery and corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, and other policy or regulatory violations.
Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects while gathering and assessing documentary, financial, digital, and other relevant evidence.
Analyse complex information,



identify key issues, determine root causes, and develop well-supported findings.
Prepare clear, concise, and executive-level investigation reports for senior stakeholders.
Present investigation updates and findings to senior business leaders, Legal, Compliance, and People teams.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant case documentation in accordance with company standards and local legal requirements.
Identify emerging trends, control weaknesses, and risk patterns, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
Support continuous improvement of investigative methodologies, processes, tools, and capabilities across the APAC region.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Law, Justice, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant experience.
Minimum 15 years of investigative experience within
