About the Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring every new client has a smooth and successful start with EasyEcom. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business processes, configure the platform according to their requirements, conduct product training, and help them go live successfully. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with clients, solving problems, coordinating with multiple teams,



and taking ownership of customer success from Day One.

What You'll Do
● Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.
● Understand customer business requirements and configure the platform accordingly.
● Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions(configurations, integrations etc), and user training.
● Guide clients through implementation and ensure timely go-live.
● Resolve client queries and coordinate with the Internal teams whenever required.
● Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
● Track onboarding milestones and maintain accurate implementation documentation.
● Identify process improvements and share client feedback with internal teams.
● Ensure customers are confident using the platform before transitioning them to the Customer Success team.
● Travel across India as and when required for implementation and client meetings.
