Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified website traffic. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags and content, performing regular SEO audits, and monitoring site performance using analytics tools. The SEO Executive will manage link-building activities, collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO with broader marketing objectives, and coordinate with social media marketing efforts to support overall digital campaigns. The role also includes tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct comprehensive Keyword Research and identify relevant search terms for target audiences and business goals.
Strong skills in On-Page SEO, including optimization of content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure.




Experience with Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality, ethical backlink profiles.
Knowledge of SEO Audits, including technical analysis, site health reviews, and implementation of recommended fixes.
Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support SEO efforts and enhance brand visibility across channels.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research platforms).
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role within an agency or in-house environment is preferred.
