AcademyMinds is a Canadian education company delivering live, small-group Mathematics instruction to students in Grades 5–7. We teach the Indian curriculum — the same CBSE/ICSE sequencing you already know — to students in Canada. Classes run as structured 10-month cohorts of just 10–12 students. Small enough that every child gets real attention, long enough that you actually watch them grow. We're building our founding instructor team. What you'll do
Teach live online Math classes to small groups of Grade 5–7 students




Deliver our structured curriculum and lesson plans
Assign and review practice work, and track individual student progress
Keep sessions interactive, encouraging, and well-paced
Share short progress updates with our academic team
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a related field
1+ years teaching or tutoring middle-school students
Strong grasp of the Grade 5–7 Math syllabus and a concept-first teaching approach
Clear, confident spoken English and a solid on-camera presence
Available Tuesday–Sunday, 6:30–8:00 AM IST (Mondays off)
Setup you'll need
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated teaching space
Laptop with webcam and headset
Writing tablet or stylus for digital whiteboarding (or willingness to arrange one)
Nice to have
Prior experience with online teaching platforms or digital whiteboards
Experience teaching international or Canadian-curriculum studen
