Role Description The International Key Account Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partner schools and educational organizations across multiple countries. This role involves developing account plans, coordinating partnership activities such as exchange programs and training initiatives, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.





Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual meetings with international stakeholders, identifying marketing opportunities, coordinating with agencies, preparing and evaluating marketing plans and reports, and monitoring performance against agreed objectives. The International Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align offerings with partner needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills to manage, grow, and retain strategic international partners.
Analytical Skills to assess performance, identify opportunities, and create effective account strategies.
Customer Service skills to respond to partner needs, resolve issues, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Experience or strong interest in international education, global partnerships, or edtech
