Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Conduct candidate screening and initial recruitment calls to assess suitability and fit for open positions.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data is updated and properly documented.
Support employee engagement initiatives, company events,



and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, HR procedures, and internal regulations.
Support performance management, employee development, and talent development initiatives.
Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with various departments and managers to address employee concerns and organizational HR requirements.
Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, learning initiatives, and employee development activities.
Handle employee relations matters and provide appropriate HR support to maintain a positive and skilled work environment.
Gain exposure to and support international recruitment and hiring processes.
