Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior BDE with a strong background in SaaS or IT sales and proven experience selling to international markets. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets.
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
Build and manage a solid sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and present relevant SaaS/IT solutions.
Conduct product demos and sales presentations with prospects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with business targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.




Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or technology sales.
Strong experience selling in international markets, preferably US, UK, Europe, or APAC.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead-generation techniques.
Comfortable working with senior decision-makers and CXOs.
Experience with CRM and sales tools is preferred.
Candidates from SaaS, IT services, software, or technology companies are preferred.
