Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for an Operations Manager based in Trivandrum. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of patient care, and fostering a safe working environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing resource allocation, developing operational policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role also involves liaising with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective functioning of services.
Qualifications
Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned business verticals with full responsibility for revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs
Responsible for business Operations in other sub-departments in Ops (G≺, Operations, Visa Medicals, Bio Medical, Admission & Discharge )




Lead operational management and expansion of homecare services including clinical delivery, logistics, and workforce deployment.
Oversee operational, financial, and service delivery aspects of imaging and radiology services.
Ensure implementation and monitoring of Hospital Safety, HSE, and Fire & Safety policies across all facilities.
Oversee security operations across hospital and allied facilities.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including licenses, renewals, inspections, and reporting.
Oversee timely and accurate preparation of medical summaries and discharge documentation.
Coordinate day-to-day with projects, biomedical, and engineering teams for space planning and optimization.
