Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team in Salem. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration.




The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture while supporting the company's expansion through strategic recruitment and effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable labour laws.
Support employee engagement, training, performance appraisal, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering colleges for campus recruitment, internships, industrial visits, and faculty engagement programs.
Draft HR policies, letters, employment documents, and internal communications.
