Adella Digital is hiring an Outbound Lead Generation Manager — remote, anywhere in India.
Adella Digital is a US company based in Cedar Park, Texas. We build and run growth programs for American brands: websites and ecommerce, paid media, email and lifecycle marketing, SEO and content. Our India team operates under GulfStar, with a hub in Ahmedabad. And we're building AdellaInsight, an AI-first marketing operating system that changes how agency work gets done.
All three need pipeline. That's this job.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM MOST OUTBOUND ROLES
The infrastructure already exists. Smartlead is set up and running. We've built our own AI layer for list cleanup, enrichment, personalisation and message customisation — the part most outbound people spend half their week fighting. You won't be building the machine or begging for tools. You'll be the operator who points it at the right people and makes it produce.
That also means we'll know quite quickly whether it's working. If that sounds like pressure, it is.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• The whole outbound motion, end to end: ICP definition, list building, sequence design, copy, send, reply handling, follow-up, booked meeting
• Campaigns across three distinct audiences — Adella Digital's agency services, GulfStar's delivery offer, and AdellaInsight — each with its own message and its own buyer
• Deliverability. Domains, warmup, inbox rotation, spam placement, list hygiene, and staying on the right side of Google, Yahoo and Microsoft's sender rules. If inboxes start burning, that's yours to see coming and yours to fix
• Lead nurturing for the majority who don't reply first time — sequencing, re-engagement, and knowing when to stop
• Appointment setting: qualifying replies, handling objections, and getting real meetings onto leadership's calendar with people who show up
