Role Overview:a
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients’ social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads. You’ll work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns tailored to both Australian and Indian audiences.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
● Conduct competitor and audience analysis to craft targeted content strategies for different regions.
● Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
Content Creation & Coordination
● Coordinate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content (static, video, Reels, Stories, etc.).
● Write compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform and audience segment.




● Ensure content aligns with brand voice and client goals.
Platform Management
● Manage and grow accounts across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and TikTok (if relevant).
● Schedule and post content using social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or native platforms.
● Monitor posting schedules, time zones, and local cultural sensitivities.
Community Management
● Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly in a qualified tone.
● Manage online reputation and escalate customer concerns when needed.
● Foster online community engagement through interactive posts and timely replies.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, growth, conversions, and ROI.
● Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc., to generate reports.
● Present insights and recommendations in weekly/monthly client review meetings.
