Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth for Solar PV Modules and Solar Inverters across South India, primarily Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with EPC contractors, solar developers, distributors, system integrators, channel partners, and commercial & industrial (C& I) customers.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer network, generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring timely order execution and collections.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop recent business opportunities for Solar PV Modules, Grid-Tied Inverters, Hybrid Inverters,



and Energy Storage Solutions. Generate business from EPC companies, Solar Developers, Government Projects, Rooftop Installers, Commercial & Industrial customers. Build relationships with electrical consultants, contractors, project developers, and corporate customers. Identify upcoming solar projects and participate during the bidding stage. Channel Sales
Appoint and develop distributors, dealers, channel partners, and system integrators. Drive secondary sales through the dealer network. Conduct regular dealer visits and review business performance. Expand market penetration in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Key Account Management
Manage strategic customers and ensure long-term business relationships. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and annual contracts. Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Sales Planning
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
