Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive sales and business development, and ensure effective implementation of health insurance products and processes.



This role involves managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring performance against targets, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The Branch Manager will collaborate with agents, partners, and internal teams to expand branch reach, improve service quality, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing key metrics, resolving escalated customer issues, and preparing reports for regional and corporate leadership.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in branch operations, process management, and compliance oversight.
Strong sales, business development, and relationship management abilities, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Experience in team leadership, performance management, and staff coaching.
Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication.
