Role Description This is a temporary, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Indore. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, qualified behavior,



interview preparation, and workplace readiness for students and early professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning session content, conducting workshops, facilitating role-plays and group activities, and assessing learner performance through feedback, assignments, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with program coordinators to align training with curriculum goals, maintaining training records, and continuously improving content based on learner outcomes and industry trends. The trainer is expected to create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage large groups.
