Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SD/OTC processes covering sales orders, deliveries, shipping, ATP and fulfillment.
Configure and maintain plant determination using Customer-Material Info Records, Customer Master and Material Master.
Manage ATP configuration including checking groups, checking rules, scope of check and Transfer of Requirements.
Configure order routing, fulfillment source determination and material restriction rules.
Support multi-distribution-center fulfillment, inventory allocation and backorder processing.
Configure shipping conditions, transportation groups and route determination.
Troubleshoot order confirmation, inventory allocation, plant determination and delivery issues.
Prepare functional specifications, test solutions and collaborate with business, techn
