About the Role
As Farming Sales - Swifter, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2 C/D2 C brand accounts across the South territory, with a primary focus on revenue expansion, retention and wallet share.
You will work closely with customers to understand their evolving business and supply-chain needs and identify opportunities to expand Elastic Run's fulfillment, warehousing, distribution and technology solutions.
The role is based in Bangalore and will involve regular engagement with customers across the South region.
Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
Own the farming and revenue growth charter for a portfolio of B2 C/D2 C brands across South India. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO/business, supply-chain, operations and commercial stakeholders within key accounts. Identify opportunities to increase wallet share, cross-sell and up-sell Swifter's solutions. Understand customer business models, growth plans, distribution footprint and supply-chain challenges to create relevant solutions. Drive account plans, revenue targets, renewals and expansion opportunities for existing customers. Develop a solid understanding of the B2 C/D2 C ecosystem, including brands, marketplaces, fulfillment models and evolving consumer expectations.
