Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Muzaffarpur. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of clients by providing end-to-end investment advisory across equities, derivatives, mutual funds, fixed income products, and other offerings of HDFC securities.



The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention through regular portfolio reviews and proactive communication. Daily tasks include understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable products, executing transactions, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The role also requires monitoring market trends, educating clients on digital platforms and tools, and contributing to branch-level business targets and revenue growth.
