Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives. The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage social media calendars, optimize posts for reach and engagement,



and monitor performance metrics to refine strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with design, content, and performance marketing teams, engaging with online communities, and staying current with platform updates and industry trends. The role also requires preparing regular reports on campaign performance, recommending improvements, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Pay Scale :
22,000 to 28,000 INR per month (without any deductions)

Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand channels across major platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Solid Digital Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with performance metrics, SEO basics, and paid social campaigns.
