Role Description The Zonal Head role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving business growth across the zone by managing sales targets, overseeing branch performance,



and ensuring strong relationships with lending partners and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring regional teams, monitoring loan portfolio quality, and implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. The Zonal Head will collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Urban Money in regional business development initiatives.
