Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)

Salary: 21k CTC and 17k TH
we can consider your profile only you are under our Transport boundary limits.
We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.



Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues. Hindi with English Chat support. Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand. Should have skill to read and write Hindi Should have basic knowledge about telecom process. Should have typing skill. Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu .
Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11 AM to 3 PM.
