About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Onboarding to lead a large, multilayered inside sales team within Funds India's D2 C (B2 C) business, responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into first-time and repeat mutual fund investors. You'll own revenue and sales targets, design and enforce scalable sales processes, and build high-performing teams to deliver a seamless, trustworthy investing experience for Funds India customers.
Designation: Senior Manager - Onboarding (Inside Sales)
Experience: 8–12 years in inside sales or telesales, with at least 4 years leading large-scale teams (100+ members) in a B2 C, revenue-owning capacity
Qualification: MBA preferred, ideally from a premier institute
Location: Bengaluru
Must Have (Skills/Exposures/Certifications):
Solid understanding of the wealth / mutual fund distribution space (Regular-plan model, investor journey, advisory-led selling).
Proven ability to carry and deliver revenue / sales targets at scale.
Deep command of inside sales processes: dialing SOPs, Follow-up rules, disposition frameworks,



productivity metrics.
Hands-on with cloud telephony (Smartflo, Ozonetel, Exotel, Ameyo) and CRM and strong understanding of using tools to drive efficiency.
What You'll Own
Lead a 100+ member multilayered inside sales team, converting marketing-generated leads into first-time and repeat mutual fund investors.
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
Own MIS and performance dashboards, driving sales forecasting accuracy and weekly/monthly business reviews with leadership.
Design and manage incentive and commission structures in partnership with HR and Finance
Design and enforce streamlined inside sales processes - agent productivity, dialing cadence, pipeline coverage, and disposition hygiene.
Build floor-ready sales pitches and playbooks, including objection handling, and drive training and script adherence.
Drive improvements across funnel stages to increase conversio
