Position- Business Development Executive
Desired Profile Required:
3+ years experience in a technology or consulting sales role (Saa S preferred) and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools Proven experience and track record of enterprise solution sales in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business. A great communicator, presenter and influencer High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a agile startup environment Driven, motivated,



and eager to make high earning Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and online research. Conduct outbound cold calling to identify and engage prospective customers.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Achieve agreed lead generation, Demo-setting, and conversion targets.
• Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to support business growth initiatives
