The Role You'll Play
As a Business Development Manager,



you will drive current business acquisition, onboard enterprise clients, and contribute to revenue growth through high-value deals.
Your role will focus on:
• Identifying and acquiring enterprise clients for CPaa S solutions
• Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure • Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Driving revenue growth and meeting business targets
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up any additional tasks related to this role that support smoother operations and effective business development across teams.
What You'll Be Driving
New Business Development
• Identify, target, and onboard new enterprise clients
• Focus on large-ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs+ and drive revenue growth
Client Acquisition & Sales Pipeline
• Build a strong pipeline by identifying opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Retail, and Media
