About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Workforce Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key delivery partner supporting global workforce initiatives across onshore (US & Canada), offshore (India, Philippines), and nearshore teams.
You will drive operational coordination, track program delivery, maintain governance, and ensure executional alignment across multiple workstreams including workforce optimization, training, and transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution: Support end-to-end execution of workforce initiatives; maintain integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestone tracking across global regions. Onshore–Offshore Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day execution and manage cross-regional risks, blockers, and dependencies across US, Canada, India, Philippines, and nearshore teams. Governance & Reporting:



Support preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs); consolidate workforce metrics, decision logs, and status updates for executive leadership. Workforce Optimization & Analytics: Track progress on shoring transitions, role migrations, and efficiency programs; assist in preparing Power BI dashboards and summary reports. Training & New Business Setup: Coordinate training material updates across regions; support operational setup and onboarding for new business units and agencies. Transformation & Automation: Track implementation of process automation, document process changes, and identify execution gaps for leadership escalation. Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination (global delivery experience preferred). Proven track record working across distributed global teams (US, India, Philippines, Nearshore). Solid proficiency in Exc
