As we scale our technology and creative offerings, we are looking for a high-powered Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery, manage strategic developer relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 real estate clients and developer marketing heads during the execution phase. Translate complex developer briefs, CAD/BIM architectural drawings,



and marketing goals into crisp execution plans. Manage client expectations, conduct milestone reviews, and maintain clear, proactive communication. End-to-End Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end project lifecycles across diverse workstreams: 3 D Visualization, CG Renders, Virtual Reality/AR, Video Production, Brand Design, and AI Integration. Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and milestone schedules using contemporary project management tools (Jira, Asana, , etc.). Identify operational bottlenecks, manage scope creep, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Collaborate daily with 3 D artists, creative directors, software engineers, and production crews to maintain creative velocity. Enforce rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks on CAD interpretation, lighting, spatial accuracy, and software responsiveness before client reviews. Manage vendor relationships and f
