Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales,



ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Accounts for productive issue resolution.
- Liaise with Interior Design and Architectural teams to address design-related queries and ensure smooth project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to all post-sales processes, company policies, and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, project updates, and communication logs.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects to proactively address client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience and improve pre- and post-sales processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase client satisfaction and retention.
