About Savekar
Savekar EV Charging Solutions is a white-label EV charging management platform (CMS) that lets businesses launch their own branded EV charging network. The platform handles OCPP-compliant charger connectivity, customer-facing apps, payment collection, and OCPI roaming integrations with partners such as IONAGE, Pulse Energy, and Statiq, giving white-label customers a ready-to-run charging network under their own brand.
Role Overview
We're looking for an Engineer Intern to sit at the intersection of engineering and customer care. You'll be the technical point of contact for customers going live on the Savekar platform — helping them through onboarding, setting up their payment gateway integration, configuring chargers on the CMS, and resolving day-to-day technical queries. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving real customer problems and wants exposure to EV charging infrastructure, payments, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Customer onboarding: Guide recent white-label customers end-to-end through account setup, CMS configuration,



and go-live checklists.
▪ Payment gateway integration support: Help customers integrate their own payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) with the Savekar platform; troubleshoot failed transactions, webhook, and settlement issues.
▪ Charger & CMS setup: Assist in commissioning OCPP-compliant chargers on the platform, verify connectivity, and run test charging sessions before go-live.
▪ Customer care & technical support: Respond to customer queries over call, email, and WhatsApp; triage issues, resolve what you can, and escalate platform bugs to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps.
▪ Documentation: Create and maintain onboarding guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting playbooks for customers and internal use.
▪ Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with engineering on customer-reported bugs and feature requests; relay customer feedback into the product roadmap.
