Role Description This is a full time, on-site Safety role based in Patna. The Safety professional will monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and identify potential hazards. Responsibilities include implementing safety policies, organizing safety briefings and toolbox talks, and ensuring workers use appropriate personal protective equipment. The role also involves maintaining safety records, reporting incidents,



coordinating with site management to address non-compliance, and supporting continuous improvement of safety practices across the project.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of construction site safety practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and maintaining safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.
Candidates should possess the ability to conduct safety training, briefings, and awareness programs for diverse site teams.
Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant safety regulations, standards, and emergency response procedures.
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in site safety within construction or real estate projects will be considered an advantage.
