The next phase: scaling the business 5 X through deeper client partnerships, operational excellence and current growth engines.
THE ROLE




An entrepreneurial business leader to own one of the platform's most strategic businesses - the exclusive last-mile partnership with a marquee global e-commerce & quick-commerce client. You'll have end-to-end ownership: P& L, revenue growth, the client relationship, commercial strategy, program management, supply strategy and national operations - serving as the executive face of the company for this client. You'll report to the CEO and lead a team of 6–7, including regional (North / South / West) operations heads and a corporate team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Business & P& L: Own the complete ~1,000 Cr revenue P& L - drive profitable growth, build annual and long-term plans, and manage margins, costs and productivity. Client leadership: Be the executive face for the client; build trusted senior relationships; lead QBRs, MBRs and governance; act as primary escalation point. Program management: Own rate cards, incentives, surge and analytics; drive timely execution of high-impact initiatives and AI-led process improvements
