Responsibilities
- Lease Administration & Data Integrity
- Review, interpret, and abstract commercial leases, ensuring complete and accurate capture of key terms, dates, and financial provisions in Yardi.
- Input current lease documents into Yardi, manage workflow approvals, and ensure timely lease activation.
- Maintain integrity of lease data throughout the lifecycle, including critical dates, options, amendments, subleases, and terminations.




- Ensure lease documentation is properly stored and maintained in the document repository.
- Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve lease compliance and data issues during setup and ongoing administration.
- Lease Accounting & CAM Recoveries
- Review and validate CAM and recovery setups in Yardi against lease language and accounting requirements.
- Lead and support year-end CAM reconciliations and annual CAM estimate reset processes.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of recovery structures, straight-line rent, lease classification, amortization, CapEx charges, and
