About the role
AskCruz is an AI operating system for industrial and distribution businesses, selling primarily into the US market. We're hiring an SDR based in India to run outbound prospecting into US accounts — booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a proven-performer hire: we need someone who has already sold into American buyers and knows how to work US time zones, US buying psychology, and US objection patterns.
What you'll do
- Run high-volume outbound (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) into US-based industrial and distribution accounts
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the closing team, with a set weekly/monthly quota
- Work US business hours (or an overlapping shift) to cold call and respond in real time
