Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reservations Ticketing Agent role based in Thane. The Reservations Ticketing Agent is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations for flights, tours, and other travel services, and issuing tickets accurately and efficiently. Daily tasks include providing fare quotes, advising on travel options, processing bookings and changes, and ensuring all reservation details comply with company policies and partner requirements. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, resolving customer concerns,



supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products, routes, and promotions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
