Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Adoption
- Lead onboarding and training programs for customer SPOCs to ensure effective adoption of Zenatix solutions.
- Enable customers to achieve their business and operational goals through successful solution deployment.

Customer Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely delivery of commitments.
- Manage customer escalations effectively and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
