Role Description This is an on-site contratual full time role for a Professional Trader based in Gurgaon. They will support daily trading activities, including monitoring markets, placing and tracking orders under supervision, and maintaining trading logs and reports. Responsibilities include assisting in strategy execution, reviewing performance metrics,



conducting basic quantitative and qualitative market analysis, and helping refine entry and exit rules as directed by senior traders. The role involves close collaboration with the investment and risk teams to ensure adherence to fund guidelines and risk controls, as well as continuous learning through observation, backtesting tasks, and participation in internal discussions on market outlook and trading ideas.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments (equities, derivatives, or related assets), and basic portfolio concepts.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret market data, charts, and performance metrics.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, basic statistical functions; familiarity with Python, R, or similar is an advantage).
