Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sikar, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting a high-performance academic environment. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment,



onboarding, and induction processes for academic and non-academic staff, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. The HR Manager will handle performance management cycles, support training and development initiatives, and coordinate employee engagement activities aligned with the institute’s values.
