Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and expanding Boxigo’s presence in the moving and storage market.



Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with operations, marketing, and product teams to align service offerings with client needs and market trends. The Business Development Manager also monitors performance metrics, provides regular sales forecasts and reports, and contributes to strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
Business development and sales skills: experience in lead generation, pipeline management, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
Relationship management skills: ability to build partnerships, manage key accounts, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Market and analytical skills: capability to research market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and interpret sales data for decision-making.
