About The Role

The Google Cloud Solutions Engineer / Architect at HCLTech plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for enterprise clients. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions tailored to meet complex business needs across diverse industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, and telecommunications.



The role requires a strategic thinker with robust technical expertise who can lead pre-sales activities, craft creative cloud architectures, and collaborate with global teams and partners to accelerate client transformation initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with sales, technical teams, and partners to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, respond to client RFPs, and create scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Between 5 to 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Deep technical proficiency in GCP services including Compute, Storage, and Networking.
Expertise in Data Engineering, particularly with BigQuery, Looker, and enterprise-grade Data stacks.
Basic understanding of AI/ML platfor
