About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in partnering with our clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs.



The successful candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This is a client-facing, consultative role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The individual will typically be embedded within a program leadership team, influencing change from strategy development through to sustainment, ensuring that organizational change initiatives deliver lasting value.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation projects.
