The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
- Train customers on product usage and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in technical support or service desk roles.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
