DGM Manufacturing production:

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management
- Lead and manage production/manufacturing sector performance through structured team leadership and hierarchical animation.
- Align workforce, equipment, and materials with short- and medium-term production requirements.
- Drive execution of standardized work practices across the shopfloor.
- Lead Short Interval Management (SIM) to monitor performance and address deviations in real-time.
- Escalate operational issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.

Manufacturing Performance & Delivery
- Drive operational KPIs across:
- Safety
- Quality
- Delivery/Service levels
- Cost efficiency
- Optimize utilization of manufacturing resources (people, processes, systems).
- Ensure adherence to SPS (Schneider Production System/Lean principles or equivalent).

People Management
- Provide leadership, coaching,



and performance management for production teams.
- Build capability through structured training and development plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.

Continuous Improvement
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as:
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma
- A3 Problem Solving
- 8D / Kaizen
- Identify and eliminate waste, variability, and inefficiencies in production processes.
- Drive sustainable improvements aligned to business and customer needs.

Manufacturing Supply Chain & Planning
- Optimize end-to-end manufacturing flows from supplier to customer.
- Collaborate with planning and supply chain teams to balance capacity and demand.
- Ensure system settings and production planning support operational efficiency.

Change Management
- Apply structured change management methodologies to implement business priorities.
- Ensure sm
