About the Role

Ananta Interior Studio is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing leads, conducting sales calls, following up with prospects, and converting leads into confirmed interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, real estate consultants, channel partners, and corporate clients to generate referrals.

Lead Calling & Client Qualification
- Contact all assigned and self-generated leads promptly.




- Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and project scope.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or lead management system.

Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Conduct timely follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Ensure every qualified lead receives consistent follow-up until project closure.
- Schedule client meetings, office consultations, and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve conversion and generate referrals.

Sales & Closing
- Present Ananta Interior Studio's services professionally and confidently.
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
