Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst & Automation Engineer to bridge business requirements and technology delivery in a complex Asset Management environment. The role combines deep business analysis expertise with handson technical skills in data analysis, automation, scripting, and system integration.

You will work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations,



and Technology teams to translate business and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions, while actively contributing to automation, data validation, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and automate business and regulatory requirements by designing and delivering technical solutions across data, integration, and workflow layers
- Translate business needs into executable technical designs, SQL logic, automation scripts, and integration specifications
- Build and maintain automation solutions using Python and scripting to support data processing, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and operational workflows
- Develop and execute SQL and Oracle (PL/SQL) queries, procedures, and data transformations to support implementations and testing
- Actively support and validate system integrations (APIs, batch interfaces, messaging) using XML, JSON, and structured data formats
- Work hands‑on with development teams to implement solutions, not just defin
