Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and schedule site visits or sales
meetings.
• Understand customer requirements through research, discussions, and need analysis.
• Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead generation to lead qualification.
• Present project details and real estate solutions effectively to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
and negotiation skills.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Create brand awareness by engaging with prospective customers across various
channels.
• Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
regularly.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions and customer
satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
