Raya Software Solutions is looking for a qualified CA to own our finance and compliance function. Manage end-to-end LLP compliance — Form 8, Form 11, deed amendments, partner admissions/retirements, and ROC filings
Handle income tax compliance: TDS/TCS deduction, deposit, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q/27EQ), Form 16/16A, reconciliations and lower-deduction certificates
Maintain books, finalise accounts, and prepare monthly MIS
Oversee GST filings, advance tax computation, and assessment/notice responses
Manage payroll compliance, vendor payments, and client invoicing
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience
Hands-on experience with LLP Act compliance and ROC filings
Robust grounding in income tax, particularly TDS/TCS compliance
Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho / similar)
Full-time, on-site
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Compensation: commensurate with experience
