This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering customized scientific publishing and medical communication solutions to leading pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, medical associations, and related industries
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue growth through successful deal closures
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow strategic client accounts, identify opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Business Planning & Reporting: Maintain sales forecasts, monitor pipeline performance, prepare account plans,



and provide regular business updates to management
- Market Research & Business Insights: Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent growth opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with editorial, medical, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality scientific communication and publishing solutions
- Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, deliver business presentations, and represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing etc 4–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications, healthcare publishing, healthcare services, or business development
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and key account management
