Role Description The Lead/Senior Lead, Sales (Flex/Coworking) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for driving sales of flex and coworking spaces, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients,



building and maintaining a strong pipeline, conducting site visits, presenting workspace solutions, and preparing commercial offers aligned with client requirements. The manager will collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding, high client satisfaction, and solid occupancy levels across locations. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, reporting on key metrics, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to sales strategies and local market positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in flex/coworking, commercial real estate, or related workspace solutions.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
