We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Placement Officer – North Region who will work closely with our partner institutions, students, placement teams, and corporate partners to strengthen placement outcomes across North India.
Role OverviewThe Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting placement activities for CNEAR's partner colleges and universities across the North Region.
The role involves building relationships with companies,
identifying employment opportunities, coordinating placement drives, supporting university placement teams, and ensuring students receive relevant opportunities based on their profiles.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campus placements, corporate relations, student engagement, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Relations & Job Opportunities
- Identify and connect with companies actively hiring fresh graduates.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR teams, recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, and business leaders.
- Source internship, full-time, apprenticeship, and other career opportunities for students.
- Understand company hiring requirements and match suitable student profiles.
- Encourage companies to participate in campus and pooled placement drives.
- Develop a robust network of employers across industries.
